We accept Bank Transfers, Debit/Credit Cards, Apple Pay, and Cash on Delivery (COD). Note: Orders paid via Bank Transfer are processed on a priority basis for faster delivery.
Delivery timing depends on the type of book and your chosen payment method:
Exam Preparation Books: 2 to 3 working days.
Other Books (Prepaid/Bank Transfer): 3 to 4 working days.
Other Books (Cash on Delivery): 7 to 8 working days.

Yes! Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via SMS or Email. You can use this link to monitor your parcel through our courier partner’s website.
If you receive a book that is damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 24-48 hours. We will arrange a free replacement or a refund immediately after verification.
No. We strictly do not accept returns or refunds for “Change of Mind” after the order has been processed or delivered. Returns are only eligible for damaged or faulty products.
Yes, we ship to other GCC countries (Oman, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain). Shipping costs and delivery times for international orders are calculated at checkout.
