Have you ever wondered why some people struggle to lose weight and others seem to do it effortlessly. Have you ever wondered why some people excel at sports and seem to have a matching physique to go with their athletic prowess? Such is not always the case. Of course there are those who get there through hard work and dedication to the sport. Any coach will tell you they will take a hard worker over someone who is naturally talented any day. That is until someone with natural talent comes along.

But, believe it or not there is an answer for all these enigmas. Genetics – more simply put predisposed genetics. There are main body types: The Ectomorph, The Endomorph and the Mesomorph. Each one of us falls into one of these three categories, usually sharing some common traits with one of the other two as well. In this book I attempt to break each of those down and show how they relate to each individual. I also wrote it to combine with A Manual for the Intermittent Faster, with respects to the Endomorph. They have a hard time shedding body weight and would benefit the most from IF.
